As your maximum NBN connection speed cannot be determined until your service is provisioned, if your connection is not achieving the maximum NBN plan speed you choose, please contact ACE and we can help move you to a more appropriate plan.
Speeds greater than 100/40 Mbps are only available on FTTP and HFC Connections.
If you need an Acenet mailbox these are available for $9.90 each per month.

The delivery method of the NBN service will depend on the technology used by the NBN network and may be Fibre to Premises, VDSL/Fibre to Node or NBN Wireless.
To keep an existing phone number, ACE can port your number across to the NBN as part of the setup cost.
